Thank you for choosing Luminthroe. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is our complete shipping policy for all domestic and international orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.
Our customer support is available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States (Domestic Shipping)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- VIP Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or carrier issues, which are outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time for eligible orders.
All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Address Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot control customs processing times or fees.
7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in transit:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and photo/video proof (for damaged items).
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- We offer a free replacement or full refund for confirmed lost or damaged packages.
- We do not issue refunds for minor delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.
8. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to customer error (wrong address, unclaimed package, refusal to accept delivery):
- The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping fees.
- A restocking fee may apply.
- Reshipping will require additional payment from the customer.
