1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
  • Unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • No signs of damage, wear, stains, or modification by the customer
We do not accept returns after the 30-day window under any circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable/non-refundable:
  • Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Perishable goods, disposable products
  • Clearance, flash sale, and discounted items
  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable content

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at kenuosen@hotmail.com with the following information:
  1. Your order number
  2. Photos/videos of the item (if defective/damaged)
  3. Reason for return
Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and provide a return authorization (RA) number.

Returns without a valid RA number will not be processed.

4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Buyer's Responsibility (Personal Reason Returns)

If you return an item due to personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind, dislike, etc.):
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for bulk returns

Seller's Responsibility (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
  • We cover 100% of return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees apply
  • We offer a full refund, free replacement, or store credit

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank/card provider to reflect the refund
  • We only issue partial refunds for items returned in non-original condition

6. Damaged/Lost Items in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping:
  • Contact us immediately with photo/video proof
  • We will file a shipping claim and send a free replacement or full refund
  • No additional costs will be charged to you

7. International Orders

All international returns follow the same policy above.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations for returns
